Maintenance Multi Technician - Cheshire area
Performing PPM and reactive maintenance
Inspection and maintenance, repairs, replacement of all Gas fired boilers, gas heaters, gas catering equipment, HVAC, AHU’s,
heating/chilled water services, controls and electrical equipment to ensure safe operation of plant and equipment
Qualification required: Commercial & Industrial Gas ACS, plus mechanical or electrical qualification
Participate in emergency call out rota
Compiling detailed records of the servicing and repairs of the plant and equipment
Assist other tradesmen if requested
Adherence to Permit To Work, Health & Safety and any other control measures in place
Liaise with helpdesk on reactive/planned maintenance activities |
